By accessing, registering on, or using the ac55 platform at https://ac55.bio (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ac55 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version and any translated version, the English language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Use of the ac55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ac55 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, and you must not allow any third party to use your ac55 account.

ac55 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. If a Player is found to have provided false age information during registration, ac55 will immediately suspend the account, void all associated wagers, and forfeit any balances in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

To access the full features of the ac55 Platform, including placing wagers and accessing promotions, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) ac55 account only. The creation of duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. ac55 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, address, source of funds, or payment method at any time.
• You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ac55 username and password. ac55 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• ac55 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms.

Account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. ac55 employs industry-standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Players are required to submit valid government-issued identification and any additional documents reasonably requested by the ac55 compliance team.

All financial transactions on ac55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ac55 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ac55 wallet promptly upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ac55 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The depositing account must match the name on your registered ac55 Player account. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ac55 targets a processing time of approximately five (5) minutes for standard withdrawal requests, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ac55 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ac55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, policy violation, or regulatory requirement.
• Any winnings derived from deposits made with a payment method that is subsequently disputed or reversed will be voided.

ac55 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. Players are advised to confirm applicable fees with their payment provider directly.

ac55 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each promotion is published on the relevant promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets that are not used within the specified period will be automatically removed from the Player's account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the promotion page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the ac55 Platform — whether on slots, live casino games, crash games such as Monster Crash and Circle, or the sportsbook including cricket and PSL markets — are subject to the following rules:

• Wagers may only be placed using funds held in your ac55 wallet. ac55 does not extend credit facilities to Players.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player.
• ac55 reserves the right to void or suspend any wager where it reasonably suspects a technical error, system fault, or fraudulent activity has influenced the outcome.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game and market interface and may be adjusted by ac55 at any time.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or live bet, the outcome will be determined by the Platform's server records, which shall be considered conclusive.

For live cricket betting and PSL markets specifically, ac55 follows industry-standard rules for the settlement of in-play bets. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board). ac55 is not responsible for errors in odds that result from obvious typographical or feed errors, and reserves the right to void such wagers.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the ac55 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ac55.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the ac55 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited without ac55's explicit written consent.
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing third parties to access your account.

ac55 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies. Players found to be in breach of this clause will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds held pending investigation.

All content available on the ac55 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and data compilations (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive intellectual property of ac55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without ac55's express prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Use any ac55 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, index, or harvest any data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of the Content or Platform constitutes infringement of ac55's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac55, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from wagering decisions made by the Player.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform's service caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ac55's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses arising from the Player's reliance on any information or statistics displayed on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ac55 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components, although ac55 takes all reasonable technical precautions to ensure service quality and security.

ac55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to ac55's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration (name, date of birth, contact details, payment information) is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ac55 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• ac55 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.
• ac55 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity associated with your account.
• You have not accessed your account for an extended period and ac55 is required to manage dormant accounts in accordance with its internal policy.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deducting applicable bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the last verified payment method on your account, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.
